 Ann Marie, co-owner of A & J Hair Salon has over 30 years of experience and is a highly trained and accomplished stylist who brings passion and professionalism to every guest she serves. She began her career in Texas before moving to Georgia, where she has become a respected leader in the salon industry.

Throughout her career, Ann Marie has trained with various Redken artists, continually expanding her skills and mastering advanced techniques to provide clients with the very best in hair care. Known for her precision cuts and personalized approach, she creates styles that enhance each client’s unique features and lifestyle.

As a salon leader and mentor, Ann Marie takes pride in guiding and inspiring other stylists, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence. Her expertise, warmth, and commitment to her craft have made her both a trusted stylist and a valued mentor, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for.

 Jennifer, co-owner of A & J Hair Salon, began her career in the beauty industry as a receptionist before starting her apprenticeship in 1999. She earned her Master Cosmetologist License in 2003 and has since built a career rooted in passion, skill, and dedication.

With over 20 years of experience, Jennifer has trained extensively with Redken and is a certified Redken Color Specialist. She continues to pursue advanced education to master the latest color techniques and trends, ensuring her clients receive modern, radiant results tailored to their individual style.

As a salon leader, Jennifer is committed not only to her own growth, but also to fostering a positive, professional environment for her team. She believes in mentoring and supporting other stylists, encouraging education, and upholding the highest standards of service.

Her goal is to give every client personalized attention, exceptional care, and confidence in their look, while building a salon community where both clients and stylists feel valued.

 Alina discovered her passion for cosmetology in high school and earned her Master Cosmetology diploma from Vogue Beauty School in 2009. She joined A & J Hair Salon in 2013 and now serves as both Salon Manager and Stylist.

A certified DevaCut Specialist, Alina has extensive training in DevaCurl styling and cutting, and she loves helping clients embrace and enhance their natural curls. Her expertise also includes facial waxing, KeratinComplex treatments, advanced coloring, and signature blowouts. Deeply committed to ongoing education, Alina stays current with the latest trends to provide every client with personalized, high-quality service in a welcoming, relaxing environment.

Sara brings a wealth of experience to A & J Hair Salon, having worked in salons in New York and Savannah before joining the team in the summer of 2011. Passionate about all aspects of hairstyling, she thrives on haircutting, coloring, and creative styling, always combining technical expertise with artistic vision.

Sara is a certified DevaCut Specialist with extensive knowledge of cutting, coloring, and styling naturally curly hair, and she is also a skilled facial waxing technician. She continually advances her education to stay current with the latest trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to every client.

Known for her attentive approach, Sara takes the time to listen, educate, and understand each client’s needs, ensuring they leave with a look they love and can maintain between visits. Her experience, artistry, and dedication make every appointment a personalized and rewarding experience.

Kaitlyn began her journey in the hair industry in 2011, training at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Marietta, GA. After graduation, she gained valuable hands-on experience assisting at Toni & Guy Salon, further honing her skills before joining the A & J Hair Salon team in December 2012.

Today, Kaitlyn is a Master Stylist known for her precision, creativity, and dedication to her clients. She continually pursues advanced education and training to stay at the forefront of the latest trends, techniques, and styles. Kaitlyn prides herself on providing personalized service, ensuring every client leaves with a look that is both stylish and tailored to their individual needs.

Kristina is a Master Cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience, originally licensed in Florida. In 2014, she moved to Georgia and joined A & J Hair Salon, bringing her laid-back coastal vibe and passion for hairstyling to clients of all ages.

With a focus on personalized consultations, Kristina takes the time to get to know her clients, building meaningful relationships while creating looks that suit their individual style and lifestyle. She is skilled in all aspects of haircutting, coloring, DevaCurl techniques, and facial waxing, and she is dedicated to continuing education to stay at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques.

Known for her big heart and genuine care, Kristina loves making every client feel valued, confident, and beautiful.

David grew up in Smyrna and began his career in 1974 after graduating from Roffler Beauty School, where he earned both his Cosmetology and Barbering licenses. For more than 40 years, he has proudly served the Marietta community, building a loyal clientele through his skill and dedication.

Throughout his career, David has pursued extensive training and ongoing education, including mentorship under renowned Redken Artist Michael Gibbs. He is known for his one-on-one approach, giving each client the personalized attention needed to achieve their best look.

Outside of the salon, David enjoys working in his yard and spending time in the mountains with his wife and their cats.

Kim has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1975 and has spent the majority of her career serving the West Cobb community before joining the A & J Dream Team in early 2016. With decades of experience, she has trained extensively in a wide range of hair color and care techniques and remains passionate about learning the latest trends and products in the industry.

Known for her attention to detail and dedication to her clients, Kim ensures everyone leaves her chair looking and feeling their best. Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and delighting the community as Mrs. Claus during the holiday season at Phipps Plaza.

Jess has been a licensed stylist since 2015, starting her career in Austin, Texas. She is extensively trained in Redken hair color and has a true passion for all things blonde. From soft, sun-kissed highlights to bold, fashion-forward shades, Jess loves transforming hair with color that enhances each client’s features and personality.

Her favorite part of being a stylist is the artistry of creating the perfect blonde. Jess also enjoys bridal and special event styling, but nothing excites her more than helping clients fall in love with their hair through beautiful color transformations.

She believes that getting to know her clients and understanding their goals is the key to delivering a personalized, unforgettable experience with every visit.

Lilleigh is the newest member of A & J Hair Salon. She is a recent graduate of Chattahoochee Technical College, where she earned her cosmetology license. As a salon assistant, she brings energy and enthusiasm and ensures every client experience runs smoothly.

Eager to grow her skills and build her career in the beauty industry, Lilleigh is excited to assist the team, support clients, and continue learning from experienced stylists. Her positive attitude and dedication make her a valued part of the salon family.

 Since joining A & J Hair Salon in 2021, Nicole has been the welcoming face that greets every guest as they walk through the door. Known for her friendly personality and exceptional service, she ensures each client feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Nicole keeps the front of the salon running smoothly and is loved by clients for her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
